JMG is easy to find

From the trains and long-distance busses

Drottningtorget, where all trams pass through, is situated across the street from the Gothenburg Central Train Station.

Most long-distance busses to Gothenburg arrive at Nils Ericsonterminalen, which is connected to the Central Train Station.

From the Central Station/Drottningtorget the best way to get to us is by tram, but there are also some buses.

From all connections: Choose one of the stops Seminariegatan, Olivedalsgatan or Linnéplatsen.

As the lines occasionally change (temporarily or permanently), check the best way to us on Västtrafik's (public transports) website close to your arrival. On the website you also find information on how to pay. The journey from the Central Station takes about 10-15 minutes .

At the stop Seminariegatan: walk about 40 meters in the direction of the vehicle, follow the track around the corner for approx 20 meters and turn up the hill to the left by the sign "Campus Linné". Turn left again after about 30 meters and walk up the stairs to the department's main entrance.

At the stop Olivedalsgatan: walk back Olivedalsgatan towards Övre Husargatan. Cross the street and follow Seminariegatan about 50 meters and take off up the hill to the right by the sign "Campus Linné". Turn left after about 30 meters and walk up the stairs to the department's main entrance.

At the stop Linnéplatsen: cross the highway (Day Hammarskiöldsleden) and follow Övre Husargatan about 100 meters to the left (direction towards the city). Turn into the beautiful park in front of the large yellow building, Annedalseminariet. On the left side of the building is a staircase up to the department's main entrance.
